Please note that although we try to display photos that represent as accurately as possible the colors of flowers, we can not guarantee that the color you see will be that of the flower, because the display of color depends, partly of the type of screen you are using. Order ***We accept money orders (in Canadian funds), as well as Paypal.*** 1. Orders will be taken into account upon receipt of payment. 2. Prices are in Canadian dollars and include taxes (GST and QST), but do not include shipping fees, please visit the section Shipping Fees to chose the shipping option you would like. 3. People who place an order, and don’t pay shipping fees will be expected to be available to get their plants during May. The order of reservation will be followed to give you an appointment. If you are available at that moment, it is fine, if not you will skip your turn and you will then come when it is possible for you. 4. If plants are sold out or missing, we will replace them with varieties alike or we will refund depending on your preference. Cancellation 1. For any cancellation of orders made by the customers, an amount of 10% will be charged for various fees. Shipping 1. We are not responsible for anything that might happen during shipping. 2. Before paying, don’t forget to add the shipping fees to your shopping cart (please visit the section Shipping Fees). 3. If you are a customer outside Canada, please contact us before ordering to know if it is possible to ship in your country. 4. Almost all of our plants are shipped with a minimum of soil to reduce shipping fees. 5. Due to very cold weather in Quebec, shipping of plants by mail will be suspended from October to May. Guarantee We do not offer any guarantee on our plants. 1. When we ship plants, we pack them in order for them to arrive in the best shape possible, but we can not ensure what happens during shipping. 2. We can not guarantee how fast the plants will be growing, and if they will survive after their hibernation Une valeur est requise.
